Question 1

How fast do messages actually arrive?

Accepted Answer

Most messages land in under two seconds end-to-end, whether it's an OTP, a shipping notification, or a promotional campaign. Our infrastructure runs as close to Meta's edge as the WhatsApp Business Cloud API allows, with automatic retries on transient failures.

Question 2

How does billing work? Are there hidden fees?

Accepted Answer

Prepaid wallet, in USD. You top up ($10, $50, $100, $500, or $1,000), and every delivered message debits the wallet at the per-destination, per-category rate. Authentication and utility messages share the same base rate; marketing messages have higher Meta platform rates. Use the calculator above for exact pricing per country and message type. No subscriptions, no monthly minimums, no per-seat fees. The price you see in the calculator is the price you pay.

Question 3

Which countries do you support?

Accepted Answer

180+ markets via Meta's WhatsApp Business Cloud API. Rates vary by destination; use the calculator above for an exact quote. Cross-border traffic to certain markets uses Meta's International Authentication rate; we surface that clearly before you send.

Question 4

What types of WhatsApp messages can I send?

Accepted Answer

Three categories. Authentication: OTP codes, login verification, and password resets. Utility: order confirmations, shipping updates, appointment reminders, and account alerts. Marketing: promotional campaigns, product launches, seasonal offers, and re-engagement messages. All three use the same API and the same dashboard, just different template categories with different per-message rates.

Question 5

What happens if a message fails to deliver?

Accepted Answer

Failed and undelivered WhatsApp messages are not charged. For OTP messages, you can optionally enable Telegram Fallback. If WhatsApp delivery fails, Wevlix automatically sends the same verification code through Telegram. You can enable or disable this feature anytime from your project settings.

Question 6

How do you handle security and data?

Accepted Answer

All traffic runs over Meta's end-to-end encrypted WhatsApp infrastructure. API keys are scoped per project and rotatable on demand. We never store message content, only metadata required for delivery and billing reconciliation.

Question 7

Can I try it before paying?

Accepted Answer

Yes. New accounts get a sandbox environment with free test messages so you can integrate, send to your own number, and verify everything before you top up the wallet for production traffic.
