Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of Wevlix(the "Service"), operated by Wevlix ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, accessing the dashboard, or calling the API, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you are agreeing on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Account responsibilities
To use the Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- Maintain the security of your account credentials and API tokens
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
You are solely responsible for the security of your API tokens. If a token is exposed (for example, committed to a public repository), revoke it immediately from the dashboard and contact us if you suspect abuse.
Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to:
- Send spam, phishing messages, or unsolicited communications
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
- Send messages that violate Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy
- Send content that is illegal, defamatory, abusive, or that infringes on intellectual property rights
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or attempt to bypass rate limits
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
- Engage in OTP-pumping schemes, fraud, or other malicious activity
- Resell or redistribute the Service without our explicit written permission
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without prior notice when the violation is severe or ongoing.
Pricing, billing, and the wallet model
Wevlix uses a prepaid wallet model:
- You top up your wallet using supported payment methods (processed by Stripe)
- Each delivered message deducts from your wallet balance based on the destination country
- Pricing is transparent: the per-message price equals Meta's base rate + a small Wevlix service fee
- You are only charged for messages that successfully deliver, not for failed sends or pending attempts
- Tier-based discounts apply automatically based on your monthly volume
Current per-country pricing is shown in the pricing calculator on our website and in the dashboard. Prices may change with 30 days' notice to active users.
Refunds and disputes
Wallet credits are non-refundable by default, because:
- We only charge for delivered messages; unused balance always remains in your wallet
- Wallet balances do not expire and can be used for any future delivery
If you believe you have been charged in error, experienced a service outage that affected you, or have any other billing concern, contact us on WhatsApp. We review every claim individually and may issue credits or refunds at our discretion when there is a clear service fault on our side.

Reach us on WhatsApp before initiating a chargeback. We respond fast and resolve most cases within hours.
Message us on WhatsAppAPI rate limits and fair use
To protect the Service and prevent abuse, we enforce rate limits:
- Per-account rate limits on requests per minute and per hour
- Per-phone-number rate limits to prevent OTP-pumping
- Per-IP rate limits to block automated abuse
- Per-prefix limits on unverified country codes
Specific limits are documented in our developer documentation. If you require higher limits for a legitimate use case, contact us to discuss volume tier upgrades.
Repeated rate-limit violations may result in throttling or suspension.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if:
- You violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use rules
- Your account is involved in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
- We receive a credible report of misuse
- Continued service would expose us or our sub-processors to legal risk
- Your account is inactive for more than 24 months
You may terminate your account at any time from the dashboard. On termination:
- Your wallet balance is forfeited unless we agree otherwise in writing
- We may retain certain data as required by law (see our Privacy Policy)
- Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply
Intellectual property
Wevlix and all related trademarks, logos, software, documentation, and content are our property or that of our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your business purposes during the term of these Terms.
You retain ownership of the data you send through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the Service.
You may not use our trademarks, name, or branding in any public materials without our explicit written permission.
Disclaimers and warranties
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by applicable law.
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- All defects will be corrected
- The Service will meet your specific requirements
We are not responsible for failures or delays caused by:
- Meta's WhatsApp Business Cloud API
- Other third-party services or sub-processors
- Issues with recipient phone numbers, networks, or mobile carriers
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, government actions, cyberattacks, etc.)
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do:
- We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
- We will notify account holders by email of material changes
- For significant changes, we will provide a 30-day notice period before they take effect
Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
